Software that people use or pay for: SaaS, web apps, mobile and desktop apps, browser extensions and APIs. Open-source repos, demos and experiments, games, hardware and unfinished sites do not pass the review.

Every product is checked before it appears: does it work, is it clear what it does, does it look finished, and is it worth using. Most makers get an answer within minutes; some launches get a second look from a person. The guidelines explain what we look for.

You get the reasons on your product in My products. Fix what the review pointed out, save, and it is checked again.

No. Makers cannot upvote their own products, and votes from rings or throwaway accounts are voided.
